Background and History
It all started when a young real estate agent decided to take a leap to provide what his customers were not getting anywhere.
Mr. Rajesh Naikare & Brothers, being a real estate agent, had realized and experienced people’s desire of owning a dream home. He had closely experienced the struggle and compromises people make to own a home. With an ambition of making other’s dream real, he started his construction company by initiating small bungalow and apartment projects. Soon he was joined by a faithful comrade and partner- Mr. Pavan Nivangune. Together they thought and believed in being forward bound. Always! That’s when Shau Developers was born.
Ever since, Shau Developers is known for taking up projects according to the need of the area. Shau Developers has spread its wings across Pune & PCMC, completing 8-10 units in the area in a span of less than 5 years.

CSR Activities
- Shau Developers believes in giving back to the society through welfare programs. Currently the Group has focused its activities in and around Pune, but soon it shall be extended to other areas as well.
- The major step taken by the group is towards the bright future of underprivileged children. In the found memory of Late Mrs. Shaubai Radhu Naikare, the group adopts and takes entire educational responsibility of these children. It gives more than satisfaction when we observe beautiful smiles on the faces of future.
- Shau Developers conducts Educational Seminars through organizations like Shau Foundation.
- To enhance the sweetness in the society, the group organizes Tilgul Ceremony.
- Blood Donation Drives and Free Health Check-Up Camps.
